The ARCT Service Call System (SCS) is an intelligent service management solution designed to streamline communication between customers and service staff. The system consists of an NDC-01 central controller paired with wireless call buttons, and can be integrated with tablets or large LCD displays for real-time notifications.
When a customer presses a call button, a wireless signal is instantly transmitted to the system interface, alerting staff to provide timely assistance.
The system also includes a service log and reporting function. All call data is stored locally and can be exported as Excel reports, helping managers monitor daily service activity and staff response times.
