Smart Table Locator System – Precise Food Delivery, Enhanced Customer Service Efficiency

ARCT’s TLS (Table Locator System) is specially designed for fast-food and casual dining restaurants, offering a smarter and more efficient food delivery solution. Its intuitive operation mirrors the familiar number-tag system used by customers for order pickup.
After ordering, customers receive a table locator device. Once seated, they simply place the locator on the designated sensing area of the table, and the system automatically records their table location. When the meal is ready, delivery staff can easily identify the exact table number and seating area via the backend display, ensuring accurate and timely delivery—no more searching for customers.
