The SP-01 Paddle is ARCT’s upright-style paddle pager, designed for various foodservice environments. It combines intelligent operation with ergonomic design to optimize both staff workflow and customer experience. When an order is ready, staff can notify customers through the ARCT transmitter. A side control button allows users to manually stop vibration or light alerts, enhancing usability.

Integrated with an embedded RFID/NFC module, the SP-01 seamlessly connects to POS systems, enabling automated ordering and pickup processes.

Its curved ergonomic design with sleek lines ensures a comfortable grip, while the anti-slip side texture prevents accidental drops.
