ARCT’s Table Locator System (TLS) is specifically designed for quick-service and casual dining environments to solve the common challenges of locating customers after ordering and ensuring efficient food delivery.
The system consists of the GP-02TL table locator, NDC-01 central controller, and the TLS software platform. It can be integrated with large LCD displays, iPads, or other tablets for real-time status updates, offering flexibility and rapid deployment across different restaurant layouts.
How It Works
After placing an order, the customer receives a GP-02TL locator device (similar to a traditional number tag) and freely selects a seat. They simply place the locator on the designated table area. Once the food is ready, the system immediately displays the corresponding table number and location, allowing staff to deliver the meal quickly and accurately—no need to search for the customer.
